1. Nature of Service

Karigars.in is only a connecting platform between customers and skilled workers.
We:

  • Do NOT employ workers

  • Do NOT control their pricing

  • Do NOT charge customers for booking

  • Do NOT guarantee the quality of work (workers operate independently)

2. Responsibilities of Customers

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when booking

  • Pay workers directly for their service charges/visiting fees

  • Deal respectfully with workers

3. Responsibilities of Workers (Karigars)

Workers agree to:

  • Provide genuine details about skills & identity

  • Deliver services professionally

  • Decide their own charges

  • Follow legal and safe work practices
    We are not responsible for any disputes, behavior, or actions of workers.

4. Payments

  • Karigars.in does not collect any fees from customers for bookings.

  • Workers may charge visiting fees, labour charges, material charges, etc. These are paid directly to the worker.

  • Karigars.in is not responsible for payment disputes.

5. Liability

Karigars.in is not liable for:

  • Damages caused by workers

  • Delays or unavailability of workers

  • Misconduct or disputes between customer & worker

  • Incorrect details submitted by users

Users must hire workers at their own discretion.

6. Booking Accuracy

We do not guarantee:

  • Worker availability

  • Fixed pricing

  • Service quality (since work is done by independent individuals)

7. Account & Data

Users agree to provide accurate details and allow us to share relevant info between customers and workers for job coordination.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Fake bookings

  • Abusive behavior

  • Policy violations

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of our platform means you accept the updated terms.
